Description
Amendment 0002 AMEND THIS NOTICE AS FOLLOWS: The purpose of this Amendment A0002 to Solicitation Number F5N3SV6173AW01 is to provide a response to the following qusetions: Question: Please provide exact quantity requirements and form of quotation for a fixed price. Response: As stated in #7 of the Statement of Work dated 21 November 2016, 20-25 classes are required per month for nine months for an approximation of 180-225 classes for the contract duration. Please provide a quote based on a "per class" basis. Question: Please clarify if requirement is 4-5 times per week Monday to Thursday each week or 4-5 times each of those days? Response: As stated in #7 of the Statement of Work dated 21 November 2016, requirement is for a total of 4-5 classes per week. Classes will be scheduled Monday - Thursday. Class schedule will be the result of meeting between Vendor and Fitness Center Manager. Classes may be offered on Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday as an example. Question: If the requirement is 4-5 times per week on 4 days, which specific days do you expect to have 5 classes or is that optional for the contractor to determine? Response: Class schedule will be the result of meeting between Vendor and Fitness Center Manager. Classes may be offered on Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday as an example. Classes will be spread out over the course of Monday through Thursday, typically not having all five classes on one day. Question: The types of class specialties requested seem to exceed the number of classes available each week - are all those specialties still required or can contractor provide only the specialties they choose to provide? Response: Class specialties provided in the Statement of Work dated 21 November 2016 are only a sampling of what should be offered. Class schedule and types of classes offered will be the result of meeting between Vendor and Fitness Center Manager. Question: Is there an incumbent providing these classes currently? Response: No, this is a new requirement. Question: Can the government please indicate what time of day classes are to be held? Response: As stated in #7 of the Statement of Work dated 21 November 2016, classes will be held during the following timeframes: 0615-0715, 0730-0830, 1630-1730 and/or 1730-1830. Actual class schedule and number of classes taught per day will be the result of meeting between Vendor and Fitness Center Manager.
