Description

SF 1442 WITH STATEMENT OF WORK AND OTHER DOCUMENTS Solicitation documents The project consists of office refresh in the 4th floor USDC Suites 410, 417 and 419 in James T. Foley U.S.C.H., 445 Broadway, Albany, New York, 12207. The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, tools, management, and supervision per Statement of Work dated August 24, 2016 Estimated Project amount from $6,000 to $11,000 A site visit is scheduled for December 22, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at James T. Foley U.S.C.H. 445 Broadway, Albany NY. All interested contractors is encouraged to attend the site visit and provide accurate proposal. This is the only scheduled site visit for the project. All proposals must be in proper format which is written, detailed and itemized and on proper forms, proposals not in this format will not be accepted. Proposal are due on 12/30/2016 at 4:30 p.m. EST. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set Aside. Participation by HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB and EDWOSB is strongly encouraged All contractors must be registered in SAM.gov
