Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 4, on behalf of the Philadelphia, PA - VA Medical Center, anticipates the award of a Fixed Price service contract for Armored Car Services. These services are being acquired in accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Please see the attached solicitation VA244-17-Q-0217 for additional information regarding this requirement. The government anticipates awarding a contract for a base period of one (1) year with up to four (4) optional year periods. Award will be by Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offer considering price, technical capabilities and past performance. Please see the attached solicitation for a Statement of Work (SOW), terms and conditions. Offers shall be submitted in accordance with the solicitation. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 561613 Armored Car Services, which has a size standard of $20.5 Million. Information and solicitation documents for this solicitation will be posted on the FedBizOpps website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for posting of the solicitation package, addenda to the solicitation and any other pertinent information.
