- **IMPORTANT SITE VISIT INFORMATION**: -For vendors bidding an ALTERNATE to the lift described below, a Site Visit is REQUIRED and must be scheduled with the 171 ARW Contract Specialist by 3:00PM on Wednesday, 23 November. -For vendors bidding an EXACT ITEM, a Site Visit is optional but recommended. STATEMENT OF WORK Four-Post Vehicle Lift 15,000 LBS FOR LRS/ Vehicle Management Flight 1 Introduction 1.1 Scope 2 Referenced Documents 3 Technical Requirements 3.1 Contract Management 1 INTRODUCTION The purpose of this effort is to locate a contractor that is capable of filling the needs of the 171st Vehicle Management Flight (LGRV) shop. The LGRV Shop needs Four-Post Lift in order to service and maintain various vehicles for the 171st. 1.1 SCOPE 1.2.1 The contractor will disconnect all electrical connections to the old Four-Post Lift. Remove and dispose of the old Four-Post Lift. The contractor will install the new Four-Post Lift. The contractor will reconnect all electrical connections for the new Four-Post Lift. While working in the Vehicle Management Shop the contractor will follow all safety and O.S.H.A regulations. 2 REFERENCED DOCUMENTS (NONE) 3 TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS Item #'s and specifications shown below are for reference. Vendors may propose alternates, however if an alternate is proposed, advance notice must be given to Base Contracting, and a site visit is required to ensure that proposed item(s) will fit inside space requirements including applicable OSHA Regulations." 1. The lift will be a Challenger 15,000 lbs Four-Post General Service Lift, Open Front Item Number CLF4015EFO 2. Rolling Jack System, Item Number CLF40230-E 3. 7,500 lbs Rolling Jacks, Item Number CLFRJ7.5 4. Lifting Capacity 15,000 lbs. 5. Length Overall 20 feet 9 inches 6. Inside Columns 120 inches (front) and 120 inches (rear) 7. Between Columns 195 inches 8. Width of Runways 20 inches 9. Air Supply required 90-120 P.S.I. Clean & Dry 10. Motor 2HP 11. Height of Columns 8 feet 3 and half inches (front) 7 feet 9 and half inches (rear) 12. Height of Runways 7 inches 13. Maximum Wheelbase 182 and half inches 14. Rise Height 78 inches 15. Max. 2 Wheel Alignment: N/A 16. 4 Wheel Alignment: N/A 17. Width Overall 11 feet 10 inches (front) 11 feet 2 and half inches (rear) 18. Voltage (1 phase std.) 208v - 230v 19. Any changes to the contract MUST be approved by the 171st ARW Contracting office, Vehicle Management Flight, and a contract modification must be generated.
