(if applicable): N/A Quantity (including option quantity) : Anticipated type of contract is an IQC. Items to be shipped to various military depot locations within established minimum & maximum quantity limits on an as needed basis. Unit of Issue: EA Delivery Schedule: SEE RFP Destination Information: FOB ORIGIN - STOCK ONLY All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. (X) The solicitation will be available on DLA's Internet Bid Board Site ( https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ ) on or about 01/04/17 (X) The Small Business size standard is: 750 employeess (X) The total duration of the contract shall not exceed 3 years. (X) While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. (X) This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved sources are: Honeywell International Inc. CAGE 94580 P/N 968958-1 and MPD, Inc. CAGE 33173 P/N C2064. (X) The scope of this acquisition is for a firm-fixed price, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15; Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for the procurement of National Stock Number (NSN) 5960000704399. The Government is pursuing a long-term contract, for the duration of a three-year base and two separately priced one-year option periods for a potential total of 5 years. The total contract value is not to exceed $728,055.30. This requirement is for DLA stock support in the continental United States (CONUS). At the time of solicitation there is 1 NSN being procured and managed by one Inventory Control Point (ICP) - DLA Land and Maritime. (X) This item has technical data some or all of which is subject to Export-Control regulations. Distribution of the technical data and eligibility for award are limited to those suppliers qualified through JCP certification, or to those licensed by either the Departments of State or Commerce; or to Foreign suppliers pursuant to international agreements.
