- PR: 00 65436032, SOLICITATION ISSUE DATE: 30 December 2016; CLOSING DATE: January 30, 2017. This solicitation will result in a Definite Quantity Contract / Firm Fixed Price for a quantity of 5. National Stock Number (NSN) 1660-012632407; approved source: SENIOR OPERATIONS LLC DBA SENIOR 98769 P/N 2409796-291 This item has an AMC/AMSC of 3 D, the data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, nor can the information be furnished by the government. Any manufacturer other than those listed above wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR) information may be found via http://www.aviation.dla.mil/userweb/sbo/Source%20Approval%20Requests.docx. This procurement is unrestricted, utilizing Other than Full and Open Competition. This is a Critical Application Item. The following terms apply, FOB: Destination, Inspection / Acceptance: Origin. Delivery for this procurement is DLA Direct (Stock). Production delivery is 273 Days After Receipt of Order (DARO). Past Performance Automated System (PPIRS_SR), apply. Price, Past Performance and Delivery will be equally weighted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written proposal. See page 2 of the solicitation for methods of proposal submittal. The solicitation issue date is 30 December 2016 with a closing date of 30 January 2017.
