Description

ITEM DESCRIPTION: Firm Fixed Priced Indefinite Quantity/Indefinite Delivery Contract to supply Polypropylene Copolymer Plastic Tubes 13 X 100 MM W/ Plastic Push in Caps/ Packed 1000 Tubes Per Box with 1100 caps Per Box. All cost to include but not limit to: overhead, general and administrative, profit, insurance, and transportation. The period of performance on the contract is from date of award and not to exceed five years. FAR Clause 52.209-4 First Article Approval - Government Testing is required prior to award. Product: Sarstedt p/n 55.516.009 In accordance with (FAR) 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal The Government intends to provide the full package for solicitation number AG-6395-S-16-0199 and all amendments via this web site. Questions must be submitted in writing via fax or email prior to this notice end date. No telephone inquiries will be honored. The Federal Government is not responsible for notifications to offerors regarding the issuance of the solicitation nor any of its amendments.
