- **ATTENTION** ALL FORMAL COMMUNCICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION MUST BE DIRETED TO: EDDIE GORDON, CONTRACT SPECIALIST; EMAIL: eddie.l.gordon6.civ@mail.mil. NO TELEPHONE CALL WILL BE ACCEPTED. The Army Contracting Command - Redstone has a sole source requirement to procure Heads Up Display and Tracking System (HDTS) Airframe Modification Kits A-Kit for UH-60L aircraft. This requirement is for fabrication, assembly, testing and delivery of three airframe modification Kits, and to deliver one unassembled kit. The contractor shall provide all parts in the unassembled kit. The contractor shall not build the harness. Pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) this proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source: Support Systems Associates, Inc., 351 Electronics Blvd, Suites A & B, Huntsville, AL 35824-2209. Interested firms may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement or submit proposal. This notice of intent is NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS OR QUOTES. However, all proposals received within fifteen (15) days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
