- The Space and Naval Warfare Center, Atlantic Charleston, SC code 2211 has a requirement for the repair of Mercury System Incorporated daughter cards. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to Mercury Systems Incorporated for the requirements listed below under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Mercury Systems Incorporated is the sole manufacturer and holds proprietary rights. If you are an authorized reseller of Mercury System Incorporated daughter cards; you must include a response that states you are an authorized reseller or distributor. The contracting officer will verify you are an authorized reseller or distributor. This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive quotes for items other than the brand name Mercury Systems Incorporated equipment listed in this synopsis***The Government will accept quotes from all responsible sources with the capability to provide the products to the brand name cited above and will award a contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible vendor whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. However, if your company possesses the capabilities to meet the technical requirements/specifications, please provide the following information for consideration: (1) The technical specifications of the product you are proposing; (2) a Quote for the items listed in the RFQ; (3) ownership (i.e. Large, small or other concern). This information is required prior to the closing date and time of the RFQ announcement and should be addressed to the ordering officer Jamal Aleem. Quotes are due to Jamal Aleem, Contract Specialist, SPAWARSYSCEN, Atlantic by 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, 20 December 2016. The Government reserves the right to process the procurement on a Brand Name based upon the responses received. The Government will not pay for any information received. The government will accept proposals via email at: jamal.aleem@navy.mil.
