- FOST GRAVEL & OIL TRAILS Quotes are due by noon on December 23, 2016. Please submit all quotes through FedConnect or email. Email: molly_lynam@nps.gov Successful contractor must be registered and active in SAM.gov for award. Provide the lump sum total for the work on the solicitation standard form SF 1449. This is a firm fixed price Request for Quote to provide all services as outlined in the Scope of Work for trail work at Fort Stanwix National Monument. Site visits may be arranged by calling Todd Gerrard at (315) 336-5147. Any questions shall be made in writing and submitted to the contracting office via email to: molly_lynam@nps.gov
