- Delineated Area Maps for Bellingham, and Blaine/Ferndale Expression of Interest Advertisement General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space in one of the delineated areas listed below; Per Executive Order 12072, first consideration will be given to space located within the Central Business Area (CBA) of Bellingham. If the Lease Contracting Officer determines that there is not adequate competition within the CBA of Bellingham, spaces in the expanded delineated areas outlined below will be considered. Any interested offeror in the CBA or the expanded delineated area should submit an expression of interest. Please indicate in your expression of interest, what, if any, setback exists on your property. Office Space: •Exterior carport attached to office building to accommodate a full-size sport utility vehicle. Carport must be located within the secured parking area. •This space will be occupied by a law enforcement agency and will require holding cells. •Office and garage/warehouse space must be co-located within the same fenced in location. •Site must be located within two miles driving distance to a freeway on-ramp to Interstate 5. •Approximately 3' x'3' of space is required on roof for the installation of an antenna. Garage/Warehouse: •Drive-through access with a minimum of 14' H x 10' W opening for door to accommodate a large vehicle (bus/RV) with dimensions of 40'L x 8'6" W x 13'6" H. •Additional bay doors will be required to accommodate 8 full size passenger vehicles (10' x 20") either individually or through a common access door. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
