Description

This is a PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE The Fargo Health Care System requires a 1.0 Full Time Equivalent (FTE) Medical Doctor, board certified or board eligible in Nephrologist provider on site for beneficiaries of the Fargo Health Care System. The NAICS code assigned to this procurement will be 621111 Offices of Physicians (except Mental Health Specialists), with a size standard of $11.0 million. It is anticipated that the solicitation number will be VA263-17-Q-0174. The solicitation is set aside for service disabled veteran owned small businesses. Offerors will be evaluated on Technical Capability, Past Performance, and Price. Procurement is being made in accordance with FAR Parts 12 Commercial Item and 15 Negotiated Contracts. The solicitation will contain requirements for a six-month base period with a six-month option to renew. The solicitation is scheduled to be issued on or about December 16, 2016 and will be issued via FedBizOpps Electronic Posting System at http://www.fedbizopps.gov.
