OR IT'S DISTRIBUTOR SOLICITATION # 2117857P45617 POSTING CLOSES 12/23/2016, 8:00 AM PACIFIC 1. WATER TANK, (RESERVOIR) P/N HZTL215100R000127000 (1 EACH) 2. PLUG, P/N HZTL429852R000127005 (1 EACH) 3. INCLUDE FREIGHT (ABB INC.) is the OEM for these parts. Period of Performance: All items to be delivered on or before: april 15, 2017 TO: CGC HEALY 1519 ALASKAN WAY SOUTH SEATTLE, WA. 98134 ATTN: MKC HOEFER Vendor will provide all parts listed in the Schedule. NAICS Code #336611 applies to this procurement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. NO WRITTEN solicitation will be issued, however all responses received on/before 0800 AM PST, DECEMBER, 23, 2016 will be reviewed by the Government. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
