- Attachment 2 Seismic Questionnaire Attachment 1 PWS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY The United States Army Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville (CEHNC) is hereby releasing this Request for Information (RFI) for Seismic Design Building Course for U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Learning Center (ULC) in Huntsville, AL. Companies are encouraged to respond to this request if they are interested in receiving the Request for Quote (RFQ) for the requirement described in the Draft Performance Work Statement, Attachment 1. Interested companies shall complete the RFI Questionnaire, Attachment 2. The procurement method for this requirement has not yet been finalized. The information resulting from this RFI will assist the Government in finalizing its overall acquisition strategy. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of response to this announcement. This is a REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ). No quotes will be accepted at this time. Estimated RFQ opening date is undetermined at this time. All responses will be considered. No hard copy or facsimile submissions will be accepted. Extraneous materials (brochures or manuals) will not be considered. The Government does not intend to rank submittals or provide any reply to interested firms. Responses to this RFI shall be submitted by 3:00 PM CST on 20 January 2017 to Ron Clark at Ronald.e.clark@usace.army.mil. Questions concerning this announcement will be due by1:00 CST on 17 January 2017 and no further questions will be addressed after this date. All questions shall be submitted to Ronald Clark via email only at Ronald.e.clark@usace.army.mil.
