Description

NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Groton Office intends to solicit on a sole source basis to Communications and Power Industries (CPI), LLC for the purchase of brand new Electron Tubes, PN ML 6697A in support of Naval Computer and Telecommunications Area Master Station Atlantic (NCTAMSLANT) Detachment Cutler located in Cutler, ME. The procurement is being processed through other than full and open competition pursuant to the statutory authority of FAR 13.106-1(1), only one responsible source and no other will satisfy agency requirements. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. The anticipated award date is late January “ early February of 2017. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received within two days after the date of publication of this synopsis. Information received as a result of this notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement action based on the responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for information received.
