- Sources Sought Number - FA4819-17-Q-3005 - Tyndall AFB Support Equipment for F-22 Fuel Transfer System Parts. This sources sought notice is for informational and planning purposes only. It does not constitute a synopsis or solicitation and is not to be considered as a commitment by the Government. All firms responding to this sources sought notice are advised that their response to this notice is not a request to be considered for contract award. When the solicitation is issued, it will be announced on the Federal Business Opportunities website and all interested parties shall obtain the solicitation from this website. The 325th Contracting Squadron (325 CONS) at Tyndall AFB, FL is seeking potential sources for support equipment for an F-22 fuel transfer system. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to gain knowledge of qualified and interested sources that can provide the equipment (found in the table below) OR EQUAL. To clarify, all part numbers listed in the table below are ATAP Inc. part numbers. However, the products we are looking to procure need not be brand name, but it must be equivalent to the product from ATAP, Inc. and must be fully compatible with the F-22 fuel transfer system. Additionally, the government does not currently have and cannot provide any plans, drawings, or specifications required to manufacture this product. Fuel Transfer System Support Equipment ATAP, Inc. Part ID REFUELING HOSE 2.5"X60' MNPTXFSWIV STOCK 026824V COALESCER CARTRIDE I-63387TB The first item is a 60'X2.5" fueling hose. The second item is for coalesceing emulsified water and removing particles from hydrocarbon fluids. 325 CONS is requesting all interested and qualified firms respond to this sources sought notice with the following information: (1) name, address, phone, fax, e-mail and website if applicable; (2) a list of similar contracts (not to exceed 3) your firm currently holds or has completed within the last three years; (3) a capabilities statement or briefing; and (4) any/all small business classifications. The list of relevant contracts should include the location, contract number, description, estimated yearly value, performance dates, and Government point(s) of contact (contracting officer and QAE/inspector) with phone and fax numbers. Please limit your response to 3 pages maximum. Potential offerors should submit this information to AMN John Szwec at john.szwec@us.af.mil and SSgt Scott Thomas at scott.thomas.25@us.af.mil by 2:00 pm CST on 28 December 2016. Oral communications ARE NOT acceptable in response to this notice. The solicitation package and any amendments will only be available electronically to FedBizOpps. No paper copies of the solicitation will be mailed. If a solicitation is posted, it is the responsibility of the interested parties to review the website for updates/amendments. The closing date for submission of offers will be contained within the solicitation package. Contractors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) as prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004 Alternate A in order to receive award. SAM can be obtained at www.sam.gov.
