- It is the intent of the National Library of Medicine on behalf of the Center for Information Technology to award the Information Technology Analysis and Consulting Delivery Order in accordance with FAR Part 8.405, Ordering Procedures for Federal Supply Schedule. This award will include Open Market services under FAR Part 12, Commercial Items Acquisitions for Gartner Investment Schedule Open Market Items. This is not a Request for Quotations nor is a solicitation available. This Special Notice in accordance with the rules and regulation governing open market awards under GSA Federal Supply Schedule.
