Description

CEC, Phalanx/CIWS, AN/SLQ-48 This is a Market Survey to locate sources of supply for the attached 286 NSNs; which are spare parts supporting the CEC, Phalanx/CIWS, and AN/SLQ-48 Weapon Systems. The Government intends to add-on to non-commercial contract SPRBL1-15-D-0017. Per DLAD 52.216-9006 (AUG 2005) -Addition/Deletion of Items. The Add-on procedures under this clause will be followed. There will be no separate solicitation issued for this action. Specifications, plans, or drawings are not available. The acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (I). Approved Source: Raytheon Company. The applicable parts are attached.
