Underground Storage Tank Sump Integrity Test VA241-17-Q-0075 The purpose of this Amendment A00002 is to provide a response to technical questions and change the quote response date to 12/23/2016 at 12:00 p.m. EST. 1. Are any of the spaces considered a confined space as outlined by 29CFR1910.146? Response: Yes. All the sumps are considered confined spaces and would require a site permit for entry. 2. Could you give me the onsite contact so we can look at the job? Response: A site visit is scheduled for December 21, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at the Boiler Plant/Pumping Station at Bedford VAMC. Please send an email to tammy.davis6@va.gov if you plan to attend. A map will be provided by email.
