Description of Services: PRESOLICITATION SYNOPSIS ANNUAL DIAGNOSTICS PHYSICS SURVEY. The VHA NCO 09 - Murfreesboro, TN has a requirement for the Memphis VA Medical Center, Quality Management & Improvement Dept., located at 1030 Jefferson Ave., Memphis, TN 38104. The Quality Management & Improvement Dept. needs a contract for one (1) base year + (4) one-year options to renew for Annual Diagnostics Physics Survey. This procurement will be a SDVOSB set-aside. The NAICS code is 541690 Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services. The small business size standard is $15 Million. The anticipated contract type will be a firm fixed-price contract. The solicitation will be posted to FedBizOpp websites on or about December 27, 2016. These dates are subject to change. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management database (www.SAM.gov) to be eligible for award of a contract.
