- Atch 2 Draft Statement of Work Paving IDIQ Atch 1 Sources Sought Market Research This Sources Sought is to notify companies that the U.S. Air Force is seeking sources to perform a five (5) year Paving IDIQ Contract. Work includes providing all labor, equipment, tools, and materials to perform various paving projects at Arnold AFB, Tennessee. Each task order will contain a Statement of Work, drawing package, and estimated quantities as applicable, which will identify scopes of specific task orders.
