Description

Sources sought to provide a total equipment maintenance management program to include preventative maintenance and repair services, parts, labor, and travel, payment processing including cost overrun protection, technical assistance, statistical repair information, and software updates and support for the Louis A. Johnson VA Medical Center. Capable businesses are encouraged to respond via GSA E-Buy response, with company name, DUNs, size status, FSS Schedule (if applicable), proof of accreditation, contact name, email address, and telephone number. Businesses who feel they may be capable of fulfilling this requirement shall submit all applicable information by 2:00PM EST local time January 5, 2017. Sources sought only. This is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The determination based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the VA.
