Description

The Fargo VA Healthcare System anticipates awarding a sole-source procurement to One Lambda, of Canoga Park, CA, for Labtype RSSO1A, RSSO1B, RSS01C, RSSO2B1, RSSO2345, RSSO2Q1, RSSOH1B, RSSOH2B1 beads, and Labscreen single antigen Class I & Class II beads will be used on the One Lambda LABScan 100 Flowanalyzer with Fusion software. NAICS code # 541711, applies to this procurement.    The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.    No solicitation will be issued. A determination not to compete this proposed contract is based solely within the discretion of the Government.    This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals.
