This amendment is issued to correct section (v) of the attached Combined Synopsis Clauses. This solicitation is for the purchase of CPAP & BiPAP MACHINES BRAND NAME OR EQUAL FOR THE PROSTHETICS AND SENSORY AIDS DEPARTMENT. THE BRAND NAME IS RESMED Orlando VA Medical Center intends to establish a base contract to commence January 13, 2017 to January 12, 2018 with one (1) option year for the period of performance of 01/13/2017 through 01/12/2019. See Attached: Item Description Combined Synopsis Clauses The contract shall be an IDIQ The RFQ is set aside for Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) The RFQ is due on 10 AM EST on 10 January, 2017. by e-mail at Lisa.John@va.gov. Offers received after the exact time specified in the solicitation are considered late and may be considered if the action would not unduly delay the acquisition or are deemed to be in the best interest of the Government.
