Description

LINX Reflux Management Implant System Special Notice of Award, Sole Source for LINX Reflux® Management System. Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) (1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Regional Health Contracting Office-Pacific, Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Health Contracting Cell, Lacey WA, intends to issue a sole source award under solicitation W81K02-17-T-0096 to Torax Medical, Inc in the amount of $30,000.00, for the LINX Reflux® Management System to be used during a patient surgical procedure its use determined by the Surgeon and the Surgical Team of the Department of Anesthesia and Operative Services (DOAS) at Madigan Army Medical Center (MAMC), Tacoma WA. The Surgeons have determined that these products must be FDA Approved. This notice is not a request for proposal and a solicitation will not be issued. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated services within the above parameters as indicated can submit supporting documentation demonstrating their service capability and specifications. Responses received will be used for future acquisitions. Information can be sent to the Purchasing Agent; Mr. Walter J. Bischoff, email; walter.j.bischoff.civ@mail.mil. No telephone or facsimile requests will be accepted. This procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
