- RFQ for lockers includes statement of work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for this requirement. The solicitation number is DOL-MSH-17-Q-00008, assigned for tracking purposes only, and is issued as a Request for Quotes. No other solicitation will be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-92. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 332999 with a small business size standard of 750 employees. MSHA seeks vendors that can provide Double Door Lockers (wardrobe) for the Logan, WV and Prestonsburg, KY field office as described in the statement of work. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated for this project. Delivery dates are on or near March 15, 2017 for the Logan office, and on or near April 15, 2017 In order to be considered for the award, quotes must be provided for the cabinets specified in the statement of work, inside delivery and installation. Cabinets must be available at the time specified. Award will be made to the lowest price, technically acceptable offeror.In order to be technically acceptable, vendor must provide sufficient details in its quote for the Government to make a determination that it can meet all requirements listed in the Statement of Work. Any questions are due by January 9, 2017 at 7:00 AM EST. Questions not received by this deadline may not be considered. Answers to all questions will be posted to FBO website as soon as possible after this date, but in sufficient time for final quote to be prepared and submitted. Questions must be submitted to Contract Specialist Jennifer McKeever at mckeever.jennifer@dol.gov in PDF form or MS Word Office/Excel 2010 compatible files with a font size at least a 10 point. NO TELEPHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database before an award can be made to them. If the offeror is not registered in the SAM, it may do so through the SAM website at http://www.sam.gov. Registration is free. Quotes must be submitted in PDF form or MS Word/Excel 2010 compatible files to Contract Specialist Jennifer McKeever at mckeever.jennfer@dol.gov by January 12, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. EST. The font size should be at least a 10 point.
