- This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a long-term contract for FSC 1680 Fuel Boost Panel Assy. A total of 1 NSN is targeted for this contract effort. The proposed action is intended to be awarded competitively. This solicitation is to result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for NSN 1680-012161923. The proposed contract will be for a total 5-year period of performance. This is proposed to be a FAR 15 effort. The below NSN has been identified for this current action. If other NSNs are subsequently added, as defined by the terms of the contract, they will be synopsized separately. NSN 1680-012161923 Fuel Boost Panel Assy Estimated Annual Demand is 99 each. Minimum Delivery Order Quantity is 25 each. Maximum Delivery Order Quantity is 99 each Maximum Contract Quantity is 775 each I/A/W Drawing NR 78286 70902-01115 Revision NR T1 DTD 10/26/2011 Part Piece Number: 70902-01115-042. Full and Open Competition after exclusion of sources apply This is a Total Small Business Set Aside FOB: Destination I/A: Origin This is a Critical Application Item. Contractor First Article Testing (FAT) applies to this procurement. Export Control restrictions also apply. Delivery is 270 days for the First Article Report, 30 days for Review, and 210 days for the Production Quantity for a total requested delivery of 510 days ARO. Ship to will be CONUS stock locations, as specified on the Delivery Order. This will be a competitively awarded contract and best value selection methods will be used. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD). Solicitation issue date is January 18, 2017. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP.
