- ATTACHMENTS SOLICITATION N00164-17-T-0048 - COMPETITIVE - BRAND NAME OR EQUAL (BNOE) APC SYMMETRA PX 30kW N-1/40kW Frame UNINTERRUPTIBLE POWER SOURCE (UPS) - FSC 6140 - NAICS- 334419 RFP issue date 4 JANUARY 2017 - Closing date 19 JANUARY 2017 Time - 2:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT). The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Crane Division has a requirement for development of a BNOE UPS, with options for maintenance, replacement batteries, and emergency repair services. The requirement is planned as a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. This solicitation will be issued utilizing full and open competition procedures. The following Contract Line Items (CLINs) are anticipated: CLIN 0001 - BNOE UPS APC Symmetra PX 30kW N-1/40kW Frame CLIN 0002 - 0006 Maintenance and Support 0007 - Emergency Repair Support 0008 - Replacement Batteries 0009 - Data Delivery will be FOB Destination at NSWC Crane. Final inspection and acceptance will be at destination. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-866-606-8220 or via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov. FedBizOpps may be accessed at http://www.fbo.gov. The solicitation will be available upon request on 4 January 201y7 and will be posted FedBizOpps. Offers must be submitted in the format specified in the solicitation to be considered. Submitting a bid electronically using any "Submit Bid" feature or other electronic means does not guarantee offers will be received by the proper person or in the correct format. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be executed via an amendment. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award..
