Description
THIS IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the Bureau of Engraving and Printing intends to award, on a sole source basis, a contract to KBA NotaSys SA. The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) has a requirement to replace obsolete stock items, BEP stock number 2E030504, SEALED CAMERA-LENS MODULE for the NOTASAVE 3 (NS3) cameras and BEP stock number ELP1319, frequency converter, servo unit, PARKER HANNIFIN, for the COMPAX II drives on the Super Orlof Intaglio (SOI) presses located at both the BEP Washington, D.C. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
