- Solicitation/RFO announcement for The FAA Eastern Acquisition Service Area, Boston Acquisition Office, has a new construction effort for the MDT HVAC Replacement Project at Middletown, PA. Engineering/Facility Point of Contact (POC) will be Russ Classi at 718-553-3376. The performance period, is one hundred (100) calendar days, after receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). This project is set aside 100% for Small Business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238220, with a size standard of $15.0 MILLION. The Request for Offer (RFO), including SOW, Specifications, Drawings, and Wage Rates, are attached to this announcement. All documents are available in.pdf format and may be viewed with the applicable version of Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Acrobat Professional. The price range for this requirement is $150,000.00 to $350,000.00.
