Description

Intend to Award Sole Source to: Data Innovations, LLC THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Tuscaloosa VA Medical Center intends to award a firm fixed price sole source contract under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) and FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), only one source to: Data Innovations, LLC 120 Kimball Ave STE 100 South Burlington, VT 065403-6837 The objective of this sole source award is to acquire a mandatory Instrument Manager Program software upgrade to the existing Instrument Manager Program software. Sole source is based on only one responsible source as Data Innovations, LLC is the manufacturer of Instrument Manager Program software. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 511210; the small business size standard is $38.5 million. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All information received by 12:00PM EST on January 11, 2017 may be considered by the Government. Responses shall be submitted to Michael Tempero, Contract Specialist at Michael.Tempero@va.gov. The email subject line shall state, Tuscaloosa VA Medical Center, Intent to Sole Source to Data Innovations, LLC. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
