- Notice of Intent to Sole Source The Food and Drug Administration (Center for Devices and Radiological Health) requires a Maintenance Agreement for the Rheometer Instrument PLUS AR2K/EX ARG2 DHR3 SN 5H2859. TA Instruments Inc., is the manufacturer of the equipment for which the Preventative Maintenance Agreement is being requested. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) intends to award a Sole Source firm-fixed price purchase order to procure a maintenance Agreement for a base year (12 Months) and 4 option years to TA Instruments Inc.
