- U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) intends to acquire Three (3) Years of Capture Suite Software Licenses and Maintenance for existing Aware Software Products using Simplified Acquisition Procedures as implemented under FAR Subpart 13.5 - Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items pursuant to FAR 6.302-1. Issuance of this notice of intent is pursuant to FAR 6.303-2. This notice is neither a Request for Proposals or Invitation for Bids. However, all information received will only be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based on responses to this notice will be entirely at the discretion of the Government. No formal solicitation package is available. The Government will not be responsible for costs in the preparation of responses to this announcement.
