- Attachments J.03 - J.25S Attachment J.02 - SOW Attachment J.01 - CLINS Draft RFP - Sections B through M The purpose of this special notice is to post a draft request for proposal for real property management, maintenance, and disposal services. This solicitation is currently under internal review and your feedback before the posting of the final RFP would be greatly appreciated. The Government is seeking comments and quesitons about this draft, with the intent to address or clarify sections in the final Request for Proposal expected to be released on FBO in early February. Please submit all questions, comments, and recommendations regarding this draft RFP to Aleta Dust at aleta.dust@irs.gov. Note: Items such as the SF33 and dated for incorporated clauses will be added to the final solicitation.
