- The Center for Cyber Warfare (CCW), Graduate School of Engineering and Applied Sciences at the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) has an immediate requirement for contractor support to deliver three options for a graphical user experience (UX) software product capable of generating test data sets for experimenting with maritime network security. The contractor shall oversee the execution of a crowd-sourced competition to develop the UX options for maritime security research. In addition, the CCW requires a white paper that describes how a Capture the Flag (CTF) game could be conducted within a NMEA (National Maritime Electronics Association) 2000 environment.
