- Badge Application to be provided no later than 16 January 4:00PM CST in order to go on site visit at Altus, AFB OK Solicitation Document - Request for Proposal - W912BV-16-R-0144 This project is a design-bid-build, best value trade-off solicitation. This will be a total small business set aside under NAICS 236220. The Construction Magnitude for this project will be between $5 and $15 million. The project will require the contractor to provide and perform all necessary construction activities and services to construct an approximate 22,206 SF Flight Training Center (FTC) addition to the existing FTC facility to house a high bay, Weapon System Trainer and Boom Operator Trainer. The facility will include reinforced concrete foundation and floor slab, structural steel framing, bridge crane, masonry walls, standing seam metal roof, fire detection/protection and special security enhancements. Includes all associated utilities, site work, communications support, pavements, parking area, landscaping and all other work/support necessary to provide a complete and useable facility.
