- The purpose of Solicitation Amendment 0001 is to incorporate the most current Wage Determination into this requirment. Contractors are required to return one signed copy of this amendment with their quote documents. Description: **** A site visit is scheduled for December 20, 2016 at 10:00am local time. The location of the site visit is ND001, 3319 University Dr, Bismarck, ND 58504.**** Written questions must be furnished to the Government no later than December 28, 2016 at 10:00am CST in order to ensure a timely response is provided by the solicitation closing date. Telephone, written or electronic requests for hard copies of the solicitation documents will be discouraged. Parties interested in the solicitation should access www.fbo.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents, and solicitation amendments; contractors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments. Solicitation is for non-personal services. Contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision, and other items or services necessary to perform Custodial Services at Facility ND001 located in Bismarck, ND; in accordance with the performance work statement, task and frequency charts, and the terms and conditions of the solicitation and resultant contract. The contractor will furnish all supplies necessary to fulfill the Performance Work Statement. The Period of Performance is 15 February 2017 through 14 February 2018 with four (4), one-year options. This procurement is Set Aside as 100% Small Business under the NAICS code 561720 with a size standard of $18.0 Million.
