- IGF::OT::IGF CONSTRUCT WELLS AT J CLARK SALYER NWR Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to construct two new complete domestic wells. The work includes, but is not limited to drilling the two new well holes to an anticipated depth of approximately 130 feet deep, to obtain a minimum desired yield of 55 gallons per minute for each well. The new wells shall be developed and tested for drawdown. Each well shall have a submersible pump. The new wells shall be connected to the existing water supply pipe.
