- This is a Pre-Solicitation Synopsis for the Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI, CCRC-IJ) for solicitation W9098S-17-T-0014. This notice serves as notification to industry of the Government's intent to purchase Petroleum Quality Analysis System - Enhanced (PQAS-E) shelter units. This procurement is in direct support of Rock Island Arsenal - Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center (RIA-JMTC) PQAS-E mission. Solicitation W9098S-17-T-0014 is restricted to AAR Manufacturing, Inc (dba) AAR Mobility IAW FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii). No other offerors are solicited. Solicitation W9098S-17-T-0014 will result in a 5-year, Firm Fixed-Priced, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The guaranteed minimum and maximums will be defined in the solicitation. This item is being purchased IAW RIA drawing 151520. North Amercian Industry Classification (NAICS) is 332439. Estimated relase date of the solicitation is 11 January 2017. The solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be available/provided.
