Award will be conducted under the provisions of FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. The solicitation will be posted on FBO and the U.S. Embassy - Bogota contracting website on or before 6 January 2017.
