Description: The catering and conference space will not be seperate requirements; interested vendors must be able to provide both services as most venues will not allow outside catering. The event begins at 8am, but the UTARNG will need space form about 7am for registration. The event will end at 5pm. The attendees are not required to eat together and kids usually eat separet from the parents. Kids are also divided from toddler age (0-5) which will attend a child care service, and 6-18 with are part of the Utah National Guard Youth Program.
