- Solicitation AG-51KN-17-0002_1 Amendment 0001 Procure Native Plant Order on the Midewin National Tallgrass Prairie. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12 in conjunction with FAR 13, as applicable and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number is AG-51KN-S-17-0002 and is issued as a request for quotes. Associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 111998. This requirement is a Total Small Business set-aside. Offerors having questions or needing clarifications can notify Jennifer Durkin at (815) 423-2144. Proposals can be submitted by email rabolden@fs.fed.us or courier, Attn: Rakeem Bolden, United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Forest Service, Midewin National Tallgrass Prairie, 30239 S. State Route 53, Wilmington, IL 60481 or by US Mail not later than 12:00 PM local time January 23, 2017. Offeror must be registered with System for Award Management (SAM) database before an award can be made to them. Offerors not registered in SAM, can do so through the SAM website at http://www.sam.gov.
