Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 20, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) (single source), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Pharmacy OneSource for the software licenses for Simplifi 797 w/ Critical Point in Portland, OR. NAICS 511210 applies. This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that the responding company can provide licenses and subscriptions equal to Pharmacy OneSource licenses and subscriptions. Responses must be received no later than 12:00pm PST on 01/17/2016. All responses must be e-mailed to Krystal.weeks@va.gov.
