- Government Responses Amendment 0007 The San Antonio Transportation Services Solicitation HSCEDM-17-R-00002 will result in a Firm Fixed Price, Single Award, Indefinite Delivery, Requirements Contract for the provision, operation and management of the transportation and protection of detainees for the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement, San Antonio, TX Field Office. This RFP provides for full and open competition to Small Business, and Other than Small Business vendors. The purpose of Amendment 0007 is to provide responses to clarification questions received from interested vendors after the Question and Answer period expired on November 07, 2016. The Government responses to these clarification questions do not result in any additional revisions to the subject RFP. Government responses can be found in the in the attached document entitled, "Amendment 07_HSCEDM-17-R-00002 Government Responses." All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
