- This is a presolicitation notice of an upcoming requirement, not a solicitation The Bureau of Reclamation, Eastern Colorado Area Office intends to solicit quotations for Snow Removal D-6 Dozer plus Wheel Loader for 4 weeks, PoP from 3/27/2017 to 4/27/2017; to be delivered in Norrie Road, 29 miles East of Basalt, Colorado on Fryingpan Road (Lake County). D-6 Dozer Salient Specs: Equipment operating weight must be a minimum of 37,000 lbs. Also equipped with a six way blade. Rippers are not required and will not be used. Must have a climate controlled cab. Dozer vintage must be 2014 or newer. All equipment systems -- safety, mechanical, hydraulic and electric must be in working order. Of special importance the track and track drive must be in near new condition due to operating conditions that will be encountered. If equipment is found to be unable to operate in snow, it will be rejected. 930-H Wheel Loader Salient Specs: Equipment operating weight must be at least 31,000 lbs. Equipped with a 2.7 cubic yard or larger bucket and no teeth on bucket. Loader shall be delivered with chains on tires on one axle. Must have a climate controlled cab. Loader vintage must be 2014 or newer. All equipment systems -- safety, mechanical, hydraulic and electric must be in working order. Pursuant to Part 12 and Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations, Reclamation intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) on or around February 10, 2017. Quotes will be due on or around March 14, 2017. Reclamation anticipates issuing the RFQ set aside for small business. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 532412 and the associated Small Business Size Standard is $32.5 million. The Government anticipates award of this procurement no later than March 27, 2017. Reclamation will consider all responsible sources who submit a timely quote that conforms to the solicitation. Prospective offerors may submit quotes through the mail, electronically, e-mail, or fax. Any contractor interested in doing business with the Federal Government must register in the System for Award Management database prior to award of a contract or agreement. All invoices for this procurement must be submitted through the Department of Treasury ¿s Internet Payment Platform located at www.IPP.gov.
