- The scope of these services is to provide a pilot and fixed wing aircraft for aerial waterfowl and eagle survey flights for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Tennessee Tombigbee Project Office, Columbus, MS. All quotes must be submitted in accordance with the attached scope of work. This procurement is 100% Set Aside for Small Business. The NAICS code is 481219. The size standard for which is a concern, including its affiliates whose average annual gross revenue does not exceed $15.0M for the past three (3) years. The solicitation will only be issued as a direct download at the following website: https://www/fbo.gov. The solicitation will not be provided in a printed paper format, however, the Government reserves the right to revert to paper medium when it is determined to be in the Government's best interest. Therefore, it is the offeror's responsibility to check the website for solicitation posting and any changes to this solicitation.
