DeBakey VA Medical Center is seeking information for potential vendors to provide the following products is performing market research to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification (service disabled veteran owned small business, veteran owned small business, hub zone, 8(a), small disadvantage business, woman-owned, small business, or large business) relative to NAICS 339112 that can offer the services listed below: STATEMENT OF OBJECTIVES Transaction Number: 580-17-1-167-0008 A. PURPOSE The purpose is to procure supplies for Michael E. DeBakey VAMC Seeking distributors for potential vendors to provide the following products for the names products listed below. B. QUANTITY ITEM NO.
