- The Army Contracting Command-Rock Island (ACC-RI) intends to procure, on a sole source basis, a quantity of 62,200 Square Seals to support the MJU 61 Decoy Flare. The seals shall be produced in accordance with Naval Air Systems Command (NASC) source control drawing number 3976AS120 Rev A. Award will be made to Tobar Incorporated in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b). This announcement is issued for notification purposes only; offers from concerns other than the above are not solicited.
