- The Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), on behalf of the House, seeks to contract for the services of a professional and experienced management firm to provide staffing to operate and maintain the House Staff Fitness Center (HSFC) facility with a membership level that typically ranges between 1,200 and 1,400. The House establishes and publishes this Request for Proposals in order to enter into a contractual relationship with a contractor who can provide the tasks defined in the Statement of Work. Pre-proposal Conference: A pre-proposal conference will be held Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. EST. Please register for the conference by sending an e-mail to Ricky.Buckler@mail.house.gov no later than noon, Tuesday, December 20, 2016. The location of the conference will be provided upon registration. Questions: Questions regarding the solicitation should be e-mailed to Ricky Buckler, Contracts Specialist at Ricky.Buckler@mail.house.gov no later than Wednesday December 28, 2016 2:00 p.m. EST. Questions received by that time will be addressed in an Amendment to the solicitation and posted on FedBizOpps and the House website. Solicitation Amendments: Any changes to the solicitation, including any change to the date proposals are due, will be posted as an Amendment to the solicitation on FedBizOpps and the House Website. Proposal Submission: Please refer to Section L of the solicitation for all proposal submission requirements. Proposals Due: Unless changed by an Amendment to the solicitation, all proposals must be received no later than Tuesday, January 23, 2017 2:00 p.m. EST.
