- This procurement is a SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office intends to issue a Request For Quotation for a firm fixed price commercial items services contract for Marbled Murrelet Surveys, IDIQ, located within the vicinity of the Coos Bay District area of responsibility. The performance period is from date of award through February 28, 2018. The performance period includes a one-year Base and 4 one-year options. The NAICS code is 541690 and the small business size standard is $15 Million. The basis of award is the best value determined fair and reasonable. Award will be made to the responsible respondent pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1. Options will be evaluated in accordance with provision 52.212-2.
